茶油是最好的食用油吗？

茶油几乎是完美的食物油，它营养丰富，使用场景多样，得到御卜了“油中之王”的美誉。

茶油是从油茶树种子中，提取的纯天然食用植物油，最大特点是富含对人体有益的以油酸和亚油酸为主的单不饱和脂肪酸，其含量远高于芝麻油、花生油、大豆油等常见油类。此外还有丰富的天然维生素E、茶多酚等元素，让茶油具备了美容抗衰老的功效。

使用茶油对头部进行按摩，能够改善发根、头皮的血液循环，促进新陈代谢，防止脱发，还能够帮助柔亮头发。对于治疗烫伤效果明显，很多家庭便把山茶油作为了跌打、烫伤的常备药。

脂肪是供给人体热能的三大营养素之一，各种脂肪酸对人体而言都具有重要的生理功能，但是食用含饱和脂肪酸高的食物会导致血胆固醇浓度上升明祥，因此，一般要求食用饱和脂肪激拆搏酸只可占总热量的0%～10%；多不饱和脂肪酸可占总热量的3%～7%；单不饱和脂肪酸因可预防冠心病等心血管疾病，并可能取代多不饱和脂肪酸不增也不减血胆固醇浓度而发挥作用，故单不饱和脂肪酸占总热量的比例是不限量的。从这个意义上说，茶油、橄榄油等是最好的食用油。而且，在其他植物油煎至120℃时，便会产生少量苯、芘等有害健康物质；而茶油在煎到150℃时，也不会有此类变化，故茶油也适宜在炸制食物时使用。

茶叶籽油好吗？

茶叶籽油是利用一般人们喝茶的茶叶树在秋天结的果籽为原料、经过低温压榨加工而来，产品富含茶多酚、亚油酸、亚麻酸等多种生扒亩物活性物质。

茶叶籽油具有耐高温、耐贮存、易吸收的特性。茶叶籽油制取难度大，产量很低，加之营养价值丰富。2009年12月《中华人民共和国卫生部2009年第18号公告》中，正式批准茶叶籽油为新资源食品。

1.茶多酚其抗氧化能力是维生素E的18倍；

2. 不饱和脂肪酸含量高达82%以上；

（不饱和脂肪酸是高血压、心脏病、动脉粥样硬化、高血脂患者的理想保健营养成分。）

3.亚油酸含量约为橄榄油的3-6倍，是木本油脂中游山含量最高；

4.维生素E 含量约为橄榄油的5-10倍。

此外，茶叶籽油还富含植物甾醇、胡萝卜素、角鲨烯、维生素A、B等多种生物活性物质及铁、锌、镁、钙等矿物质。
